Due to construction, there are several routes into downtown Springfield that have been blocked. With construction and changed traffic patterns for the Illinois State Fair, we recommend that you take the 6th Street exit off of I-72 (south end of Springfield) and proceed north into Springfield.
There are several options for parking when attending the 2024 County Chairs’ Brunch. Street parking is available for free but you are limited to the posted hours allowed for the parking space. You may also choose to park in one of the following parking garages at your own cost:
Plaza Parking Garage
7th & Adams – enter the garage heading south on 7th Street – garage is attached to BOS Center
Municipal Parking Garage
7th & Monroe – enter the garage heading south on 7th Street or east on Monroe – garage is a half a block south of the BOS Center
Old State Capitol Underground Parking Garage
6th & Adams – enter the garage heading north on 6th Street – garage is two blocks west of the BOS Center
